Start your software.
In the title bar, click your account > Manage License. Note: If you donât see your account in the title bar, click Help > About > Manage License.
To see license details, expand the drawer on an active license.
Note: For single-user subscriptions, you can usually sign in so that a serial number is not required. You may see a Stand-alone license type for 2017-2019 products, but a User License type for 2020 and later product versions[^2^].
For 2016 products and earlier
Start your software.
Click Help > About, or About [Product Name].
In the About window, click Product Information or Product License Information.
If you are not able to locate serial number following these steps, follow these steps[^2^] to request for license report:
Go to our support page.
Click the Post-purchase support box.
Select User and License Management.
Select Manage Licenses.
Select License reports and fill in the mandatory fields to submit your request.
